Trust Fund Baby ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you buy a product or visit this website.
When you purchase a product, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, billing address, and payment method. We receive a confirmation that includes your name and email so we can email you the product file. We do not store your card number — Stripe handles all payment data per PCI-DSS Level 1.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting / Google Cloud) logs your IP address, browser, and the pages you visit, as is standard for web traffic. We may also use Google Analytics 4 on public launch pages to count page views, traffic sources, and aggregate site performance. We do not use Analytics to collect prompt text, account secrets, private harness inputs, or customer support messages.
Your email is used to deliver the product you purchased, to send a one-time receipt, and to email you free minor updates (v1.x) of the product within one year of purchase. We do not send marketing emails. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
Order records (name, email, transaction ID, product) are retained for seven (7) years for tax and customer-service purposes, then deleted. You can request deletion of your record at any time by emailing [email protected] — we will delete within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirement that applies.
You can ask what data we have on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Public launch pages may load Google Analytics 4 when a valid measurement ID is configured. Stripe's checkout page may set cookies for session management — see Stripe's privacy policy for details.
